Restore your connection.

Now, thanks to cutting-edge science, we know what goes wrong in love - and how to put it right!

HMT-June-Anno

Conversations for Connection is an educational workshop designed to help you build your relationship, protect your investment in each other, strengthen your connection and feel important and valued.

You will learn to use your energy and “not giving up” attitude to be the good example to your family you really want to be, and to keep you all together.

This program was developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, founder of Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and author of Hold Me Tight.

This Couples’ Workshop, led by Dr. Rebecca Jorgensen with marriage educator Tami Chelew, offers a safe and supportive opportunity to help you deepen your understanding of yourself and your partner, communicate better, solve the biggest problem you face together and deepen your closeness.  No matter the stage of your relationship, married or not, this workshop will help you create a more loving bond with your partner.

The workshop will introduce you to the new science of love, how the design of your human brain impacts your relationship and how to use what often works against you to your advantage. You will learn to understand the real logic of emotion and how to use it for connection so you can stop worrying about if you’re going to stay together or not. Imagine feeling really secure again.

In addition to practice with your partner, you will see video examples of other couples and how they learned to improve their communication and strengthen their relationship.

You will learn how to:

  • Address stuck patterns and negative cycles

  • Make sense of your own emotions

  • Learn more about your partner’s inner world

  • Overcome loneliness

  • Repair and forgive emotional injuries

  • Deepen your emotional and physical connection

  •  Communicate to develop deeper understanding and closeness

Yes, there is hope for you to save your relationship, stop the nothing fights and heal your heart ache with love for each other.

Conversations for Connection, based on the up-to-date science of love, provides you with vital information, video presentations and private couple exercises so you will have the tools you need for a life time of love.
